However, because our soaps utilize natural materials, minor visual variations are normal. We reserve the right to modify prices, correct pricing typographical errors, or cancel orders at any discretion prior to fulfillment.
2. Cosmetic & Allergy Disclaimer
Our soaps are handcrafted using natural ingredients. Full ingredient lists are provided on each product page and on product packaging. If you have sensitive skin or known allergies, please review the ingredient lists carefully before purchasing. We strongly recommend performing a 24-hour patch test on a small area of skin before full use. Discontinue use immediately if irritation, redness, or discomfort occurs. We are not responsible for any individual adverse skin or allergic reactions.
3. Product Care & Maintenance Policy
Our products are made from natural, biodegradable plant material. premature degradation, these items must be allowed to dry thoroughly between uses in a well-ventilated area. We are not liable for product deterioration resulting from improper care, inadequate drying, or prolonged exposure to standing water.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall our shop, its owner, or partners be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of our products. Our absolute maximum liability to you shall not exceed the total dollar amount paid for the specific order in question.
