Order Processing

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Purely Pia. All orders are hand-packed and processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your package ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and your delivery destination. We currently ship via USPS and UPS to provide the most reliable and cost-effective delivery options. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days after processing.
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days after processing.

Purely Pia currently only ships within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide shipping delays (such as those caused by holiday volumes or inclement weather conditions) may have an impact on your estimated delivery date. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Purely Pia is not liable for any delays that may occur once your order has been shipped.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We pack all of our products carefully to ensure they arrive safely.

  • Damaged Items: Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Transit damage must be reported to Purely Pia at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of both the damaged item and the shipping box. You must save all packaging materials and damaged goods for claim purposes. Additional photos may be requested during the claims process; providing these photos is the responsibility of the recipient. A refund or replacement may be issued pending your full cooperation during the claim process.
  • Lost Packages: If your tracking stops updating or marks the package as delivered but you have not received it, please notify us within 7 days so we can assist you.

Please do not release any products or packaging to any other entity (including the carrier or a repair facilitator) before consulting with Purely Pia. Doing so may invalidate your claim and forfeit your ability to receive compensation or a replacement for the lost or damaged item.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
