Returns and refunds

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our handmade bath products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been shipped.

Exceptions:
We only offer refunds or replacements if your items arrive damaged or if there was
an error with your order (such as receiving the wrong scent or
product).

Return Window:
For approved exceptions, you must contact us at [email protected] within 48
hours of delivery. Authorized returns must be postmarked and shipped back to us
within 7 days of approval.

Item Condition:
To be eligible for a refund or replacement under an exception, the soaps must be
completely unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs:
Purely Pia will provide a prepaid shipping label for authorized order errors. If
you choose to use your own trackable shipping service, you are responsible for
those costs.

Processing Refunds:
Once your authorized return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the
approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your
original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Product Variations:
Because our soaps are handcrafted in small batches, please expect minor
variations in color, design, and shape from the product photos. These variations are
a natural part of handmade soap and are not considered defects.

Allergies & Sensitivities:
We provide a full list of ingredients on every product page. Please review these
carefully before purchasing if you have known skin sensitivities or allergies. Purely
Pia is not responsible for individual skin reactions.
